“I would like to tell you a story. I am the proud owner of two dogs. They were kept in a large pen with a cement floor that had to be cleaned at least once per week in the winter months and twice during the hot summer months. I was meticulous about cleaning the pen. The method was to pressure wash the area to clean off the animal waste. After which the entire area was bleached and pressure washed again.
